Sequential Storytelling 2

This story is called Family Portrait and is about a boy, Elijah, living in a very dysfunctional family.
The father is a drunkard and beats up the family of the mom, Elijah and his two younger siblings, but the mom does not have the courage to stand up against him.
Elijah tries to protect the family as best as he can, but one day the father beats him up really badly, so he winds up running away to a friends house. This guy is his best friend, and together they talk. Resulting in them agreeing that someone SHOULD stand up against the father.

Elijah decides to take that role upon himself, whereafter he goes to one of the places his father drinks in, and the following scene happens:

After this scene, the family never sees the father again, but they decide that the best cause of action is moving away.
